As a producer, he excels in creating a unique and innovative go-to-market strategy, excellence in production quality, and successful launches of shows with long-lasting impact. He has built Rainbow Creative as a growing player in the podcast industry with 15 shows produced and counting, hundreds of episodes, and multiple awards. Matthew’s work includes being the Lead Producer on two seasons of the Podcast Academy Award Nominated podcast Navigating Narcissism by Red Table Talk Podcasts, as well as a Video & Podcast Producer for The School of Greatness hosted by Lewis Howes.

Stephen is an enthusiastic engager, with 10+ years experience representing brands in the field and bringing digital media to life. Representing & Producing for field-leading companies such as Nuun Hydration and Barry's Bootcamp, there is a special place in his heart for movement. At Rainbow Creative, he loves to help you create the content you love, to help your fans move through their days. He has been the lead producer on he Beyond High Performance Podcast, 50 Now What, Make Minutes Matter, and more.

Lead Producer & Project Manager

Passionate about people and the pursuit of happiness, Rithu Jagannath is an experienced producer with nearly nine years of experience in audio production, content creation, media, marketing, and project management.

From collaborating with organizations like Public Radio Exchange, TED Audio Collective and Everything Podcasts to igniting the storytelling spark in local businesses, start-ups, and influencers, she is here to amplify voices, spark connections, and foster authentic narratives. She’s worked on shows like How to Be A Better Human, Re:Thinking with Adam Grant, Sapiens and more.

She has returned to back to her day one, Rainbow Creative to collaborate on multiple projects this year. Her excellence brings the best in Rainbow Creative to life.

Lead Producer

Lauren’s 10 years of digital media experience has been focused on building and strengthening healthy and inspired communities. She is driven by her passion to create engaged audiences through the power of meaningful conversation and connection. Before joining the Rainbow Creative team, she worked as Managing Producer for the top performing podcast, The Doctor’s Farmacy, hosted by Functional Medicine expert, Dr. Mark Hyman. In that role, she oversaw all elements of the show’s production, distribution, and sponsorship integration. Before getting into digital media, Lauren worked as the Assistant Director of External Relations for Columbia University’s Office of Government and Community Affairs. She is passionate about the intersection of art, culture, and health. She also loves to garden, practice yoga, and travel.

Jeremiah is a seasoned editor and passionate storyteller. He’s been driven to tell compelling and transformational stories since he was a little kid and it’s his life’s mission to heal and inspire the world through his creative gifts. He’s been lucky to have had a significant impact in the industry as the former Associate Video Editor for The School of Greatness, and now as the Lead Editor for Rainbow Creative, he couldn’t be more thrilled to continue making an impact on the world and support in bringing your story to life!

An adept video editor with a flair for vivid storytelling, Nathan brings over five years of experience in video production to the table. His passion lies in transforming narratives into dynamic digital experiences. Skilled in the intricate arts of motion graphics, voiceovers, and audio mixing, he specializes in breathing life into stories, ensuring they resonate deeply with their audience. At the heart of his craft is a dedication to making every frame count, whether it's through a meticulously edited video or a perfectly synced soundtrack. His journey in video editing isn't just about cutting and splicing; it's about telling the stories of the extraordinary people all around us.

Director of Photography + Editor

Patrick lives and works in Los Angeles, where he has resided for the past 10+ years. Originally from Alabama, he attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

He love going for hikes in the Angeles National Forest and constantly rearranging his furniture in his home.

He has filmed and edited the podcasts, The Doctor’s Farmacy by Dr. Mark Hyman and The Dhru Purohit Podcast, as well as social content, livestreams, and content for subscription services.

Graphic Designer

Mohamed has been into graphic design for more than eight years now. He's really passionate about turning ideas into awesome visuals. He's worked with all sorts of clients, helping them stand out and connect with people. Oh, and when he's not designing, he loves painting and playing video games.
